RollRelief does not collect your photos or videos. There is no account and no sign-in, and your media is never uploaded — everything the app analyses stays on your device.
The only information that leaves your device is what is needed to sell and verify a RollRelief Pro subscription: an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history, processed by our subscription service provider RevenueCat, and by Google Play or the Apple App Store as the payment processor. There are no ads, no analytics services and no trackers.
With your permission, RollRelief reads the photo and video library on your device. It uses each item's size, dimensions, duration, creation date and basic type information — for example whether an item is a screenshot — to group items into review categories. This processing happens entirely on your device.
If you grant limited or partial access, the app can only see the items you selected, and results are labelled as partial.
Photos and videos: none. Photos, videos, filenames, location metadata, faces and any fingerprints derived from your media are never transmitted off your device and are never stored by us or by any service provider.
Analytics: none. RollRelief does not include an analytics service or any advertising SDK, and it does not send usage events off your device. If that ever changes, this policy and the store privacy labels will be updated before the version that changes it is released.
Subscriptions and purchases. To show subscription plans, complete a purchase, restore purchases and check whether a subscription is still active, the app connects to RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.), a subscription-management service that acts on our behalf. This happens when you open the paywall, buy or restore a plan, and when the app starts (to check that an existing subscription is still valid). The following is processed:
RollRelief does not ask RevenueCat to collect advertising IDs or other device identifiers, and does not use it for attribution or marketing.
Payment details: none. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own terms and privacy policies. We never receive or store your card or bank details. The store shares the transaction details needed to confirm your subscription with RevenueCat and us.
Subscription information is used only to provide what you paid for: unlocking Pro, restoring it on a new install, and ending it when a subscription is cancelled, expires or is refunded. Under UK and EU data protection law, the legal basis is performance of our contract with you; we also keep transaction records where the law requires it (for example, tax and accounting records).
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service provider and payment processors described above.
RevenueCat and the app stores may process subscription information outside the UK and European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Subscription records are kept for as long as they are needed to provide Pro and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted.
RollRelief only removes items you have explicitly selected. Removal is carried out through your operating system.
The app cannot and does not delete anything silently, in the background, or without your confirmation.
You can change or withdraw photo access at any time in your device settings. Withdrawing access stops the app reading your library immediately. We hold no copy of your media, so there is no media for us to delete.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play or App Store subscription settings. To ask for access to, or deletion of, the subscription records linked to your anonymous app user ID, email support@oshylabs.eu with your store order number (for example the Google Play order ID beginning "GPA.") so we can find the record — we hold nothing else that identifies you. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
RollRelief is not directed at children under 13.
Material changes will be reflected here and in the app's Privacy screen, with the date above updated.
